Get Married on the Queen II

Special thanks to the private donor that purchased the Queen and donated her to the museum. 

The Queen was made possible through the efforts of the musuem volunteers     and the following businesses for their donations of:

  • Ours Garage for hauling her from Salt Fork Lake
  • Buckeye Lake Marina for the dry dock storage to get her ready to launch and equipment
  • Fisher's Marina and Evinrude Motors, for the motor and all the gauges and mounting of the motor
  • Buckeye Lake Hardware for painting supplies and Majestic Paints for all the paint
  • Jeff Bales of BBC Home Improvement for the electrical and carpentry work
  • Buckeye Beach Marina for power washing & equipment
  • Complete Marine Construction for scaffolding.
  • Allen Thayer, Regional sales manger of Exide Technologies.

Passengers will board at the Buckeye Lake State park North Shore Boat Launch. (same place that we do the tours from now)

For your convenience we can cater any function whether it be a full dinner or hors d'oeurs. There will be refreshments on board for sale.

Private Tours:
​Lake Tour: $150 for the 10 or less, over 10 passengers. $10 per person.
Not more than 40 passengers for each tour.
​Cranberry Bog Tour: $175 for 10 or less, over 10 passengers $12 per person. Not more than 40 Passengers per tour.
Public Tours:
Saturday 2 pm • Sunday 2 pm
Adults $15 Seniors $10 Students $8 Kids under 5 years of age – Free
This 40 Passenger Tour Boat is available for tours on Buckeye Lake. 
Guided Historic Cruises 740•929•1998

This wonderful tour boat give public cruises starting in May on Saturday and Sunday at 2:00 pm. The public may board the Queen at the Buckeye Lake North Shore Boat Launch and Park. The park is located on ST RT 79 in the Village of Buckeye Lake.

Visitors to the lake will learn about the history of beautiful Buckeye Lake from an native that who relates a colorful and humorous story of years gone by. 

​The Queen of the Lake II is the only tour boat on Buckeye Lake. All proceeds go to the daily operations of the museum.
