All of the families received food boxes that included Christmas dinner as well as milk, eggs, bread, peanut butter, jelly, fresh fruit, cereal, etc. They also received a bag of items that included: soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, and laundry detergent. In addition, the children received an assortment of toys, several articles of clothing, and bikes for many of them.
Through the generosity of many, much was accomplished! Thank you again to all those who made contributions. Appreciation is also extended to the Salvation Army in Newark who provided the food box that we supplemented, coats, some toys, and most of the bikes.
Sending wishes from the museum to you and your families for a very
Happy New Year!
